Stephen Fry tweets about visit to Sussex University

Actor, writer and QI quizmaster Stephen Fry tweeted about his visit to Sussex University yesterday where he collected an honorary degree.

Mr Fry joined around 1,000 students at the university’s winter ceremony held at the Brighton Dome.

Posting about the event on his Twitter account, he said: “Emerged from Sussex Uni graduation. My 4th honorary doctorate. You’ll have to address me as Dr Dr Dr Dr Fry from now on.”

He went on to suggest that this may be his last doctorate, writing: “It was a wonderful ceremony… Feel v honoured but mustn’t accept any more I feel.”

Twitter King Mr Fry is known for his support of a variety of causes relating to mental health issues, in particular Bipolar Disorder with which he is diagnosed.
