Firefighter warns children about flares

Firefighters have been called out twice after youngsters were seen playing with what appear to be home-made flares.
The remains were found in Victoria Park.
Ian Walker, from Haywards Heath Fire Station, said that it was a worrying trend and warned that someone could get hurt.
He said home-made flares were volatile and unpredictable and could easily explode.
