Haywards Heath Town FC to run 'Girls fit for football' course

Haywards Heath Town FC will be running a girls' only football course starting Tuesday 30th Sept.

The sessions are from 5.30pm to 6.30pm at Haywards Heath FC, sessions will include:

• WARM UP
• CIRCUIT TRAINING
• BALL SKILLS
• PASSING, DRIBBLING, SHOOTING
• MATCHES
• WARM DOWN

The idea of the sessions is to help improve the girls fitness, football knowledge, skills and to make new friends.

We have two qualified coaches, Mark Beard and a F.A Level 1 ladies coach, Jenni from Holy Trinity School in Cuckfield.

The sessions will be indoors and outdoors so boots and trainers will be needed, part of the session will be held in our new inflatable football surround as well.

The sessions are open to girls 10 to 15 years of age, everyone is welcome. It'll be £3 per session running every week except half term holidays.
