Brighton’s Morris Men erupted into a spontaneous flash dance in Brighton’s North Laine yesterday evening, attracting an enormous crowd of passers by.
The group has been going for 40 years, and regularly tours internationally. More recently, it has started using modern technology to spread the word about their traditional style of dancing.
The span of ages in membership are vast, with the oldest member, Yogi Allen, 70 through to the youngest of just 18. Current leader of the group is Andy Giles.
The group have also taken to popular social networking site Twitter, in a move to spread the word of upcoming performances.
