Pablo Perezzarate found Portslade a very interesting and a most inviting part of the city of Brighton and Hove - and Portslade, of course.

As a result he decided to set up this exhibition with grants from the National Lottery and the Arts Council.

He has interviewed and photographed a number of people living in Portslade and as a result has set up this exhibition.

It runs from November 1 to 16 from 10am until 6pm daily Tuesday to Sunday.

I will be attending the preview and will give a report back after the opening.

I went to the private viewing of this exhibition tonight. It is excellent, even better than I expected. There are some great shots covering all aspects of Portslade. Unfortunately the viewing was so busy that it was not easy to hear the audio clips...a good excuse for me to go back for another look! Recommended viewing for all who live or work in Portslade and for anybody else in the city who enjoys good photography.
