| Bob Carden Bob Carden is a North Portslade councillor and governor of three schools. He was born in Portslade in 1938 and has lived there all of his life. After studying at Brighton Technical College for Building and Engineering he became an apprentice engineer. Bob served on Shoreham Port Authority for ten years, was the former Vice Chair of The Anti Brighton Bypass Association, and former Chair of Brighton & Hove Planning Committee. Bob ran as Mayor of Brighton and Hove from 2005 to 2006. |
