Rottingdean is well known as the place where one of the world's greatest poets Rudyard Kipling lived at turn of the Twentieth Century. In addition to this, it also known as a area where many people with artistic talents have made their home over the years.
A group is being formed that will meet on the third Friday evening of each month giving today's budding poets in the area the chance to meet, read their work and give each other constructive comments and help.
The group is to meet at the Gallery Cafe in Neville Rd Rottingdean which was opened last year giving local artists a place where they could exhibit and sell their work.
