An unusual panto for Rottingdean

Rottingdean Drama Society will be presenting its annual pantomime over the next two weekends. However, this year the society is turning its back on the usual stock of pantomimes – Cinderella, Whittington, Aladdin etc – to doing something rather different The The Three Musketeers - Le Panteau by Richard Lloyd.

The show has some of the traditional elements of panto including: bad jokes, principal boy and evil villians and also includes the King and Queen of France, the Prime Minister, a loveable Dame and a giant snail. There is a wonderful collection of characters to tell this fantastic tale, with no opportunity missed to involve the audience.

The show starts this Friday at the village hall in Park Road, Rottingdean and runs over this and the following weekend with matinée performances on the two Saturdays and this Sunday.

Tickets can be obtained from the Open Gallery Café in Neville Rd.
