In the early hours of Sunday, March 14, a 20-year-old man from Seaford was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
The man has since been bailed to return to Eastbourne Custoday on May 7.
Seaford Police officers say they will continue to actively target drivers who commit road traffic offences.
