A public inquiry will be held to decide whether two floors of offices can be converted into eight flats.

The offices are on the first and second floor of a building in Hancock Way.

Adur District Council threw out a planning application but the developer has appealed so a planning inspector will settle the matter.

The inquiry is scheduled for Tuesday October 7 and Wednesday October 8. The venue has yet to be decided.
