Woodingdean residents are hoping for good weather this Saturday when they hold their annual Carnival.
The event has something for everybody and involves different groups from within the Woodingdean community and beyond.
As usual it will be held in the grounds of the Woodingdean Primary School in Warren Rd with the Carnival Procession starting from the Central Park in Rudyard Rd at 1-15pm and proceeding to the carnival Site via Rudyard Rd, The Ridgway, Warren Way, Warren Rd and Old Parish Lane.
Amongst the attractions there will be all kinds of stalls, a funfair, band display, along with displays of judo and Karate. There will also be a fancy dress competition and a display of dance from the Steps Dance Club. There will be theatre provided by Theatre Express.
One of the most interesting sounding events is the Fun Gun Run and you must come along on the day to dind out what that is.
