The DiMAS, Digital Media Awards, South

The Argus is proud to announce regional sponsorship of the Digital Media Awards South. These awards recognise and reward excellence in digital media in the south of England.

If you work for or run a web agency or a games studio, specialise in social media, are an e-learning business, write a blog, or are an animation or digital TV company then these awards are for you.

What are the DiMAS?

Taking place in the hotbed of digital creativity that is Brighton on 27th November 2008, the DiMAS recognise the growing convergence of different digital disciplines. The awards hope to bring all types of digital media together in one awards event, rewarding the very best of them on one not-to-be-forgotten night.

The Argus People’s Choice Award

The Argus People’s Choice Award will recognise the coolest, most inspirational individual agency/business/content/thing in digital. The only rule of entry is… there are no rules.

Unlike other categories, this award gives the digital media community the chance to nominate who they think should win. The nominees will then be in The Argus paper and on theargus.co.uk, and the winner of this category will be voted for by the general public.
