The Guild of Property Professionals member Sawyer & Co Sales & Lettings was presented with the Best Estate Agent in the South East award at The Guild gala dinner and awards ceremony sponsored by The Telegraph, at The Vox conference centre, Birmingham, on 27 January. The company, with branches in Hove, Brighton and Portslade, was also runner up and silver award winner of the national Best Lettings Agent in the UK award.
Director Chris Sawyer said: “I’d like to start by saying how immensely proud we are. It's an amazing achievement for a small company like us.
“It's not just one thing that’s responsible for winning us these awards. Firstly, we get the basics right by consistently doing them really well.
