WORTHING’S Love Your Local Hospital, CF Fund, was the beneficiary of funds raised by a team from W Welch estate agents who took part in the 10,000ft Flying For Francesca skydive at Old Sarum airfield near Salisbury.

Wesley Welch said he was extremely thankful for all the support that the team received for the charity which is close to his, and his wife Ashlie’s heart, as their youngest daughter Francesca was born with the life limiting disease, Cystic Fibrosis.

He said: “I’d like to say a massive thank-you to the brave Emma Sinclair for her support with her jump, sponsor monies she has raised will also be going to the CF fund, and Michelle Macmillan of Fleur’s Beauty Room for her amazing bravery as she also jumped and held a coffee morning to raise money for the cause.

“Having a nebuliser is very important treatment for many local children, including Francesca, who need this daily medicine to keep them as healthy as they can be.

“The reason we jumped out of a plane was to help go towards faster nebulisers and many other things that help our children along their journey and we are very proud to help a very special charity. With sponsors still coming in we are hoping to raise a great total for the hospital.”
