H J Burt are delighted to welcome a key new member to their sales team. Jeremy Whittingham has recently joined the long established independent firm of Chartered Surveyors & Estate Agents to strengthen their Town & Village sales department in Steyning.

Jeremy has a wealth of experience as an agent having worked for both independent and corporate agencies for more than 17 years. After starting out in Kemptown, several promotions meant experience all over Brighton, Hove and the surrounding area dealing with all properties types. Jeremy was also instrumental in setting-up and running a successful letting business so has extensive knowledge in this field and within which HJ Burt are also very active. But his first love was always sales, so a return to what he knew best was a great opportunity for both parties. Jeremy has studied to gain qualifications in both sales and lettings and is a member of ARLA, an associate of the NAEA and also an associate of The Estate Agents Guild, to give added confidence to vendors and applicants alike.
