A new estate agent will be opening its doors in Brighton and Hove in 2018. You’ll find it is a little different to other agents. Here director Peter Phillips introduces us to Lextons.

Bringing Lextons to Brighton and Hove:

We’re thrilled to be opening in Brighton and Hove. We know the area well and all have our own personal experiences of buying, selling and letting here. But what really excites us is just how many people are looking to move into Brighton and Hove from London.

We’ve been working in the London property market for the past seven years and understand what buyers from London are looking for. They are used to receiving a particular level of service from estate agents and if they don’t find this, they’ll go elsewhere.

We’ve therefore spotted a great opportunity to blend our rapport with London buyers with our in-depth knowledge of Brighton and Hove to help the many buyers who are looking to move here from the capital.

Why Lextons is different:

Combining local knowledge with our London experience means we can offer something other agents can’t. We have a huge list of London contacts that are keen to buy property in Brighton and Hove.

But our clients also tell us our service sets us apart and we’re incredibly proud of the personal approach we take with each and every client.

A strong 2018 for Brighton and Hove:

We couldn’t be opening at a better time for the local property market. The market here is strong and set to stay that way.

The forthcoming departure from the EU has encouraged international buyers, looking to make the most of the weaker pound, to invest in London. As a result, many Londoners are now looking to sell and relocate to Brighton and Hove where they can enjoy a better quality of life.

Equally, we know many international buyers who want to move here as an alternative to the capital.

A dedicated team:

We’re so proud of our team. Their enthusiasm and commitment to our clients never wavers and their local knowledge is second-to-none.

I’m making the move back here following my time in London where I ran part of the Prime Central for one of the capital’s biggest estate agents. Meanwhile my fellow director James Pepper was the sales manager for Knightsbridge and South Kensington.

Joining us are Georgia Nailard and Mia McDowell. Both Brighton born and bred, they bring plenty of estate agency experience and are really looking forward to working with our new clients in Brighton and Hove.
