Local letting specialist Leaders have introduced a new monthly award for their employees which focuses on excellent customer service. All the feedback that Leaders receive from their many landlords and tenants every month is looked at carefully and the person to receive the best feedback, or the most positive comments for that month, wins the award.
Says Leaders’ managing director, Paul Weller: “Providing an exceptional level of customer service to our landlords and tenants is something we always strive to do because we know that this is what makes us stand out from our competitors. We are constantly receiving positive comments about our employees from happy landlords and tenants for the service they have received and we want to recognise and reward those employees that elicit the best feedback.
“The first winner of this new award is Hanna Ridges, lettings manager of our Fiveways branch. The letter of commendation that we received about Hanna from a very happy tenant was one of the best we have ever had, and sums up exactly the kind of personal, friendly and professional customer service that we aim to provide in all our branches. We warmly congratulate Hanna on her fantastic efforts and hope she enjoys her well-deserved bottle of champagne.”

My partner and I have been looking for a property in Brighton as we are moving from Manchester. We have been really anxious about choosing somewhere to live as we know nothing about the area.
We fell upon your office in Fiveways a few weeks ago and met the lovely Hanna.
She took our details and really made time for us, checking our budget, type of property we were after and made us feel so at ease. Hanna followed up our meeting in the office with a lovely email, which out of 14 estate agents we met/called has never happened. Her follow up was amazing – she made us feel really valued.
She has kept us up to date on numerous suitable properties and taken the time to discuss these over the phone to help us make decisions about viewings. We only had 2 days to view properties so we also booked in with some other agents to see as many as possible.
I have to say out of all the agents we spent time with Hanna was by far the most endearing. She has a wonderful charm and really listens. We had some nasty experiences with some of the other agents, not turning up, turning up late, being rude to us, showing us around properties that were not fit for human occupation and Hanna was the complete opposite to this.
Really professional, on time, all details with her printed out to show us, loads of local knowledge, I could go on and on….
In the end we found 3 properties we liked. Two with Leaders and one with another agent. Although we liked the property with the other agent slightly more we were swayed by the positive and warm feeling we had about your company via Hanna. We signed for our property on Monday and we are really excited.
I really just wanted you to know you have a star in your midst with Hanna. She is a huge credit to your business. Please feel free to forward my comments on to your senior management. I would like to think Hanna is praised for her excellent professionalism.
