Belgian dance duo 2ManyDJs are playing a rare intimate show in Brighton’s Concorde 2 on Saturday, March 7.
The pair, who pioneered the mash-up in the early 2000s, began their musical career as a rock band.
Although their brilliant album Much Against Everyone’s Advice gained critical acclaim, it was only with 2002’s As Heard On Radio Soulwax Part 2 - released under their 2ManyDJs monicker - that David and Stephen Dewaele hit the big time.
The continuous mix, which saw them mashing up the likes of The Stooges with Salt ‘n’ Pepa, and 10cc with Destiny’s Child, grew from the pair’s own aftershow parties.
Tickets for the show, which runs from 11pm to 4am, cost £20 and are available from www.concorde2.co.uk/bookTickets.php?pageName=2manyDJs+&dateTime=2015-03-07
