I've always been a big fan of the theme tune to Charlie and Lola.
I love the way it seems to evoke memories of childhood, of playing with your siblings and friends.
And just like the animated BBC show, the play, a mixture of puppetry, live action and music, is also a sweet, subtle and above all charming tale that delighted the children at the De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill.
The story about Charlie and his little sister Lola started with a tale about their untidy bedroom that my favourite character, her imaginary friend Soren Lorenson, helped her sort out so that Charlie would come back.
In the second half there were more wonderful things straight from a child's world, like tigers next to the bed and whales in the bath.
The bubbles went down a storm with cries of 'bubbles' from the youngsters in the crowd and by the time we were all checking for ogres under our seats everyone was lost in the moment.
My five-year-old daughter was engrossed throughout and gave it a ten out of ten on the way home.
