YOUR heart will beat in time to this love story.

The performance entwined in memories shares a tale of blossoming romance which becomes lifelong, walking the audience through the tender and painful moments of a relationship so familiar to us all.

Strictly choreographer Karen Bruce, and the television contest’s former professional stars, invite the auditorium on a journey through time.

This is accompanied by a potted history of dance drawing on styles, from waltz to Charleston, and set to a backdrop of classic music – with anything from instantly recognisable Glenn Miller to adaptations of a hit by The Drifters.

There is of course many a welcome demonstration of their internationally award winning Argentine Tango but this is a complete, seamless stage show, not just a collection of arbitrary dance routines.

The footwork is wonderfully intricate and perfectly polished. The backing dancers-come-singers and live band are exceptional.

The performance is sophisticated, elegant and clever – using the stage, props, costumes and the storyline to full advantage. Expect tears and standing ovations.

This fitting conclusion to their time on stage after twenty years of dancing together is a true reflection of their talent and should sell out every night until it closes.
