Profile: From their formation only two years ago, The Perils have already made a significant impact with the old guard of punk, with The Clash’s Mick Jones giving them the thumbs up and Buzzcocks inviting them on tour. Regular guests at Brighton’s Club NME nights at the Coalition, as well as club nights across the country, the band was also the first unsigned band to play a Rock Against Racism main show in 2008, played the Britbus showcase in May and have appeared at the Secret Garden Party and Southsea Festival this year.
