THE RAF Typhoon Display Team and Battle Of Britain Memorial Flight will be among guest flyers helping celebrate Shoreham Airshow’s 25th anniversary.

Also in the air from 10.45am and 1.30pm each day are planes dating back to the First World War and aerial acrobatics from The Blades and Breitling Wingwalkers. On the ground is a classic car show and entertainment from The Real Dad’s Army and Haurel and Lardy.

NOW in its 26th year, the Crawley International Mela combines main stage shows by Team PBN and Brothers Kahn Qawwali with roaming carnival style performances and a fun fair.
New this year is the Urban Arts area aimed at teenagers and young adults led by MCs and musicians to encourage local talent.

Rather than follow a theme, this year’s event sees artists limited only by location and the day-long time period in creating immersive experiences ranging from sound installations to performances across two stages.

AS Peter Capaldi’s stint as Time Lord Dr Who begins, Timey Wimey celebrates 50 years of travel within time and space in the first of two events raising cash for Domestic Abuse Volunteer Support Services.
Guest of honour will be Janet Fielding, who played assistant Tegan Jovanka alongside 1980s doctors Tom Baker and Peter Davison, plus a prize Dr Who quiz, and a chance to see the regenerated Brighton Fringe hit I Need A Doctor: The Doctor Whosical!
