CLASH fans always have a moment of reflection at Christmas, as it was on December 22, 2002, that the punk band’s leader died unexpectedly at the age of 50 following a heart attack.
Now in its 13th year Brighton’s Joe Strummer Remembrance Night raises money for Oxfam and the Joe Strummer Foundation. On the bill are Clash tribute Take The Fifth and Groovy 101.

POLISH violinist makes her debut with the Worthing Symphony Orchestra playing Henryk Wieniawski’s Second Violin Concerto. Also on the bill are Offenbach’s overture to Orpheus In The Underworld, and a selection of waltzes and marches from the Strauss family.
