Paul Hollywood: Congress Theatre, Carlisle Road, Eastbourne, Monday, November 10 AS the cult BBC cooking show returns to television screens its unlikely sex symbol star, silver fox Paul Hollywood, is visiting Eastbourne to encourage fans to get their bake on.

Hollywood was persuaded by his baker father to ditch a career as a sculptor and join the family business. He will be talking about his time as head baker as some of the world’s biggest hotels, and demonstrating four of his favourite recipes, as well as encouraging audience members to have a go.
