Paul says he is looking for themes in the challenge.

8:32pm

Richard says the pastry has already fallen off his pears

She now helps Martha separate her tart from the base as she got into a tricky situation

8:14pm

Kate is unsure about how long to leave her tart in the oven - she is planning to turn up the heat as she is short on time.

8:14pm

Kate carefully decorates her tart with a red swirl of flavour, puts it back in the oven, and then collapses on her bench with relief!

8:13pm

Kate says it is a "recipe for disaster" to fill the tart whole before placing in the oven. She reccommends filling half way, putting in the oven, and then filling the rest.

8:11pm

The bakers are deciding if they are a "pie" or a "tart". Nancy and Mel say they are tarts. Wonder what Kate is?
