THE sister restaurant of one of Brighton’s best-loved chippies has just launched a new gluten-free menu to ensure everyone can enjoy a plate of traditional fish and chips.

Bankers Express, in Church Road, Hove, will be running a gluten-free menu every Monday and Tuesday covering both their fish and chip menu, and their meat dishes including Norfolk spit-roasted chicken and Staffordshire sausages.

“We believe everyone should be able to enjoy Britain’s favourite dish,” says Bankers Express’s managing director James Lipscombe.

“We’ve used our 91 years of experience in the industry to ensure we can give our customers the best quality products.

“From our special family batter mix, perfected over four generations, to our secret recipe chicken rub we’ve put passion and experience into making our food perfect every time.

“All our food is made from the best ingredients and freshly prepared in store every day.”

As well as a range of fish, including seasonal favourites such as John Dory, the Bankers Express menu includes spit-roasted and southern fried chicken, battered and plain sausages, salt and pepper squid and scampi.
