POPULAR steakhouse group Miller & Carter is opening a new restaurant in Brighton.
It is due to open in the autumn following an extensive refurbishment of the London Road site.
Miller & Carter has more than 40 steakhouses in the UK and serves 12 cuts of Red Tractor Farm Assured meat, including ribeye, fillet and chateaubriand.
Its premium sirloin beef was awarded England’s Best Sirloin Steak 2015 in the Foodservice Category at the Quality Standard Mark Excellence awards hosted by EBLEX earlier this year.
John Crayford, regional business manager, said: “Bringing a new Miller & Carter to Brighton is a fantastic opportunity for the brand and we look forward to providing the best steaks and service that Miller & Carter is renowned for across the UK.”
