Post-punk pioneers Wire have picked Brighton as the venue for the latest edition of their Drill Festival series.
The four-piece programmed events, talks, films and exhibitions in Seattle and London in 2013 to coincide with the release of 2013 album, Change Becomes Us. Brighton will host the 2014 edition with more than a hundred events planned across 14 venues.
SWANS, Savages, Toy, Courtney Barnett, Ulrich Schnauss and Brighton-based trio The Wytches have all been confirmed.
A series of collaborations will also allow Wire to explore their impact on younger artists.
Tickets for DRILL: BRIGHTON, priced £60, go on sale today at 9am.
