Their second album Contra was one of the most hotly anticipated releases of 2010.

And although it wasn’t as instant as their self-titled debut, the word is that songs like recent single Cousins and California English are at their best when performed live.

This show launches the four-piece’s UK tour, which sold out in hours. The band has also been named on the line-up of this year’s Isle Of Wight Festival.

Those lucky enough to get a ticket are in for a treat as the preppy Brooklyners mix Afrobeat-influenced rhythms with songs about grammar and architecture.
