KEEPING Up Appearances star Judy Cornwall will don the famous hat and dress coat of Miss Marple alongside a host of television stars.
Cornwell will play Agatha Christie’s ageing spinster sleuth in the production of A Murder is Announced.
Diane Fletcher, from House of Cards, Tom Butcher, from The Bill, Sarah Thomas, from Last of the Summer Wine, Rachel Bright, from EastEnders, and Dean Smith, from Waterloo Road, all join the cast in this production from Middle Ground Theatre Company.
The residents of Chipping Cleghorn read an advert in the paper informing them someone in the village will be murdered and it is up to Miss Marple to solve the mystery.
