Craven Vale and Queensway neighbourhood policing team

PCSO Carol Manton
I have been a Police Community Support Officer for the past 5 years. Prior to doing this role I worked as a Medical Secretary in a Psychiatric Unit. I have also worked for the RSPCA in animal care. I joined Sussex Police as a PCSO because I wanted a role where I would be out and about meeting people, and trying to help to solve problems. I really enjoy working as part of a team, and also working with partnership agencies to resolve issues. My role is varied and interesting, but the best part is being out in the community and interacting with members of the public.
PCSO Laura Hall
I have been a Police Community Support Officer for over two years, Previously I have worked in a number of customer related roles and felt I needed a change, and I have never looked back. Doing the role gives me great satisfaction on a daily basis helping the community to resolve issues they may have.
