Lop-sided lady

I have one breast which is markedly bigger than the other and this is causing me a lot of social embarrassment. As you can imagine, I am really reluctant to take my clothes off in front of a guy. Could I get this problem put right by surgery on the NHS?

Plastic surgery could well help you but your chances of getting it done on the National Health these days are not good. I'm afraid the authorities are now refusing to countenance any procedure which could be described as "cosmetic". Your only hope would be to show the difference in size between your two breasts is causing you psychological harm. If you can't do that, then you'd have to go privately. Sorry.
