Exercise, exercise

I have been feeling a bit miserable. Because of the recent findings about the ineffectiveness of antidepressants, my GP has taken me off them.

She says exercise would help me instead. Why?

Because exercise releases endorphins, which are the brain's natural "happiness chemicals".

However, do bear in mind the new research didn't show all antidepressants are useless. It only applied to certain newer pills which have come into use over the past 20 years.
