I am 23 and because my periods are rather uncontrollable, I have got in the habit of using two tampons at once. Is this harmful?
I wouldn't actually say it was harmful but it does clearly indicate your menstrual flow is far too heavy. So I forecast you'll be anaemic before very long, simply because of the amount of iron you must be losing in each period. Please see a doctor soon. She will examine you and suggest measures to make your periods lighter.

Olympics blog: In Beijing
Since the last post time has been flying past and now that we are in Beijing the Olympics (and partying) are our number one focus. We travelled Shanghai to Beijing via overnight train in a sleeper. It was much better than expected - we had a great meal in the buffet and few beers and a nightcap before sleeping soundly. The fare is around 45 quid and we would recommend it to any one.
