Kevin Keehan remains in talks with four senior players at Lewes but has confirmed the rest of the squad has gone.
Keehan still hopes to persuade Leon Legge, Simon Wormull, Jean-Michel Sigere and Anthony Barness to stay at the Dripping Pan although other clubs are interested.
Gary Holloway and Paul Booth have been sold for a combined fee to Havant and Waterlooville where they will link up with Ian Simpemba.
Dale Binns (Maidenhead), Matt Groves (Eastleigh) and Jamie Cade (Tonbridge) have also found other clubs while the likes of Steve Robinson, Andy Drury, Jay Conroy, Lewis Hamilton, Hamid Barr and Steve Williams will not be returning.
Tom Davis remains on the transfer list and has attracted some interest but no firm offers yet.
Youngsters such as Steve Elliott, Stefan Cox and goalkeeper Stuart Robinson remain at the club while Keehan has already started filling the gaps by signing Bognor defenders Chris Breach and Seb Wallis-Tayler as well as striker Chamal Fenelon.
Former Albion reserve Breach has signed a one-year contract and Wallis-Tayler, who began with Southampton, will follow suit.
Fenelon arrives from County League side Chichester, where he was on loan from Havant. He also had a spell at Horsham last season, having made his name at Pease Pottage.
Bognor duo Dan Beck and Chris Greatwich have also being linked with Lewes and Keehan remains in talks with players released by Albion.
He said: "The change of leadership (at Albion) has put a different complexion on things but I plan to talk to a few players next week, a couple of senior ones and a couple of youngsters."
Keehan hosted a meeting at Brighton racecourse this week for potential investors when Gareth Barry and Adam Virgo were there to support his plans for the club.
The Lewes boss described the meeting as positive although he revealed there is no commitment to invest yet from any of the 25 in attendance.

I've seen comments that our ex-players have no loyalty to the club, but how can you expect that, with the way those in charge at the club have behaved. It's not all about money the players gave everything to win the league, only to be stabbed in the back.
Let's hope he can persuade the few local players left from King to stay and build on that.

Keehan was/is not interested in keeping the title winning side together, he wants his own squad of has beens, never was beens, never will be beens, relatives, mates etc. The way the whole saga has been handled is unbeliveable
