Crawley MP leads badger fight

An MP is leading the fight to protect badgers from a proposed cull.

Henry Smith has secured a parliamentary debate on Thursday in an attempt to block the proposed cull of badgers in England.

The Crawley MP, who favours vaccination as a method of controlling bovine TB, has described the tabling of the debate as a significant step to prevent a cull of badgers in England.

Cull = kill! There is no evidence or justification for wiping out one of our favourite wildlife species to cover up for the poor management of dairy farms.
