Four year old rescued from house fire

A four year old was rescued from a house fire.
Fire crews were called to Percival Road, Eastbourne at about 1.42am this morning following reports of smoke at a neighbouring property.
Fire fighters arrived to find the fire at the house next door.
A four year old child was rescued.
The mother, father and child were all taken to hospital. A spokeswoman for East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said the fire was thought to have started accidentally.
