Two teenagers arrested after a man was left fighting for his life following an attack in Brighton have been bailed.

The 18 and 17-year-olds were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm following the attack on the 36-year-old local man in St James's Street in the early hours of Friday, October 26

The pair have been released on police bail until January 8 next year while enquiries continue.

The victim  is still in a critical condition at Hurstwood Park Neurological Centre in Haywards Heath.
