Lucy Beauvallet is competing to become Alan Sugar's Young Apprentice
A Brighton student is vying to become Alan Sugar’s latest apprentice.
Lucy Beauvallet is competing to follow in the footsteps of the entrepreneur from the BBC reality show.
Brighton College sixth form student Lucy, 16, said: “I think it’s important to be in control of situations all the time and there’s a fine line between that and being bossy.
"Sometimes I fall under the bossy category.”
A spokeswoman for her school said: “All at Brighton College are delighted to support Lucy Beauvallet and to wish her every success.
Lucy, who was born in Paris and already runs her own cake business, says she aims to become a successful businesswoman and wants to study law.
She appeared on the first episode of the show on BBC1 last night.
