Katie's boob job agony

Brighton's Katie Price has said she was left in agony after her fifth boob job landed her in hospital.

The former Patcham High School pupil, who now lives near Bolney, was rushed to accident and emergency three times after her wounds become infected.

Speaking to The Sun, she said: “I was feeling so ill and feverish that my family called an ambulance and I was rushed to A&E.

“They cleaned the wound and said they hoped it would heal with antibiotics. It didn’t and a surgeon told me that if the infection had spread, he would have to take my implants out.

“I paid the price for the op but these boobs are the best I’ve ever had and I’m pleased. I did them for myself — no one else.”

She paid the price for her boobs op which was done in Belgium, but who paid for her 3 visits to A&E with an ambulance.

Meanwhile, the rest of us use our common sense and go to see our gps when there is sign of infection! If the gp feels a visit to hospital is warranted, that is fine. Katie, dont bother hard pushed A&E departments when your gp is perfectly able to deal with this, alonth with the nurse, who can clean you up!

It's a pity they didn't operate on the big, stinking wound down below as well and sew it up permanently.... the sight of her face is hideous and I can only wonder at the mental state of the people who watch her on tv and read her books, which she doesn't even write.. just the sight of her delayed eyeblink and botoxed lips leaves me wanting to throw a brick at the tv.... and her dinny voice..... how the hell has she made so much money

I don't understand why this person is so hated. The NHS is available to everyone, thankfully. So why all the nasty comments? She has been open about her books etc. she is a very good business person, that's all.

I'm pleased that the Argus reported this as too many young ladies think it's a brilliant idea to have their boobs made unnaturally enormous - this shows that there is a risk and if it puts off just one young girl from having a boob job, it's excellent journalism IMO.

It's nice to see that many people that don't care, or consider this news, or generally have a dislike for Katy Price, bother to read the story and then leave a comment.

Really sticking to your principles there, well done.

The fact that this story has at least 10 more comments than any other currently on the home page surely proves that people DO consider it news...

Good luck to her, I say. She's done very well for herself. And I don't understand how people can get so worked up by her and her life.
