HANCROSS??? I don't think so Argus how about HANDCROSS. Still, close enough for most Argus reporters.

Typical of Argus reporters nowadays.None of them seem to have knowledge of local areas and are constantly getting names of streets/towns wrong.A poorly published local newspaper. Was much better when it was the "Evening Argus".

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the first paragraph say that a car overturned and no one was hurt, whereas the second says a car overturned and no one was hurt but tells us when it happened! Surely this non item (with respect to the driver who may consider otherwise) could have been reduced by almost half in terms of column inches.

Could we not be told what was initially suspected as having cuased the incident, mud on the road, a low sun, wet road surface etc. Was there any damage to street furniture such as telegraph poles or fences, was the road closed, was the driver male or female, young or old, were there passengers etc etc etc.

Surely not! says...

I see the mis-spelling of Handcross has now been corrected.

A bit late now Argus. It should be taken care of before it was published.
