A man was injured after falling from a dumper truck today while moving sea defences.
It took place on the seafront in Worthing at 6.50am.
A South East Coast Ambulance spokesman said: “Clinicians in a car and an ambulance attended the scene and a man aged in his 40s was assessed and treated for injuries including a suspected fractured collarbone and rib pain before being taken to Worthing Hospital.”
