Crash in Lewes Road

Two cars have crashed in Lewes Road, leaving the northern carriageway blocked.
The incident happened at just before 5pm.
An ambulance and police are on the scene.
It is not known the extent of the injuries of those involved but it is believed they are not life-threatening.
