Pedestrian struck by car in Crawley

A pedestrian has been hit by a car in Crawley.
Crawley Avenue is closed due to serious accident.
A car and a pedestrian are involved at the Cheals Roundabout.
It is believed the crash occurred about 4.45pm.
No one from Sussex Police was available to comment this evening.
