Girl, 15, seriously injured in cycle crash

A teenage girl suffered serious injuries after being struck by a car.

At 4.30pm on Wednesday a 15-year-cyclist was in collision with a car at Cheals roundabout, Horsham Road, Crawley.

Sussex Police said: “She was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton where she is receiving treatment for serious but non-life threatening injuries.”

Sorry to hear about this. Must be a great worry for her family. I hope she makes a rapid recovery and can enjoy Christmas like the rest of us.
