The NHS is urging people to use alternative services on Christmas Day and Boxing Day to help ease the pressure on accident and emergency departments.
Primary care trusts have published a list of those pharmacies in the county who have told them they are planning to open on both days.
However others in the county may also be open.
Anyone needing health information and advice should call NHS Direct on 0845 4647 or visit www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk.
