Pedestrian seriously injured in St Leonards crash

A pedestrian was seriously injured in a collision with a car in St Leonards on Saturday afternoon (Jan 5).

The 31-year-old collided with a silver Nissan in London Road at about 3.50pm.

The man was was taken to Conquest Hospital with serious, but not life-threatening, injuries.

The driver of the Nissan, a 24-year-old local man, was not injured in the incident.

Anyone with information about the accident should contact Sussex Police on 101 quoting serial 0882 of January 5.
