Toad's Hole Valley focus of society talk

To build or not to build on an undeveloped plot of land will form the focus of a key debate.
A host of speakers, including politicians, conservationists and developers, will speak at The Regency Society’s event “Can we build our way out of a housing crisis?” on Monday, January 14.
It will focus will be on whether Toad’s Hole Valley in Hove should be built on.
A decision will be taken when the City Plan, to guide the future development of Brighton and Hove, is debated on January 31.
Martin Carpenter, the director of Enplan, will present one possible vision for the valley at Monday’s talk.
Entry to the event, at 7pm at City College Brighton and Hove in Pelham Street, is £3 for non-members.
