Four footballers will face trial at the Old Bailey today accused of sexual assault and voyeurism.

The offences are alleged to have taken place at the Jury's Inn hotel in Brighton in July 2011.

Brighton and Hove Albion players Anton Rodgers, 19, Lewis Dunk, 21, George Barker, 21, and former team-mate Steve Cook, 21, who now plays for Bournemouth, deny the charges.

The players are alleged to have assaulted a woman at the hotel.

Rodgers and Barker, both of Highview Avenue North, Brighton, Dunk, of Woodbourne Avenue, Brighton, and Cook, of Perth Road, St Leonard, are on bail.

The trial is not due to open in front of a jury until tomorrow.
