Mentoring programme helps business pupils Varndean College has launched a mentoring programme after creating links with local businesses and businessmen.
In partnership with 12 local businesses, the college has launched the Path2Success mentoring programme to support and engage their business students.
This initiative offers college business students access to experts who will provide career advice and opportunities to develop valuable employment skills, as well as inspire students to achieve their potential.
The students will attend regular master classes and have a week’s work placement and company visits.
Path2Success will also provide opportunities to develop a great network of contacts and raise young peoples’ aspirations.
The college would welcome any other local business or organisations who would like to get involved to further extend the project.
